SOUNDplay is NAISA’s annual fall festival of sound and media art. This year’s edition rounds out a one year exploration of the theme Digital in Nature with installations, performances and a workshop.

“This year’s SOUNDplay Festival provides audiences with access to digital immersions into the sonic and visual textures of natural environments. The approach is multi-disciplinary as always with SOUNDplay — the artists presented use written diaries, poems, photography, video, sound recording, and electroacoustic composition in their highly personal, and sometimes politil, responses to human interactions with the natural world.” — Darren Copeland, Artistic Director, New Adventures in Sound Art
